Terms and Conditions / Services Agreement

Entity: Webdogg LLC (“Webdogg”, “we”, “our”, or “us”)
Jurisdiction: State of California, USA

This Agreement governs all services provided by Webdogg, including but not limited to:

• Legacy Website & Hosting Services – website design, hosting, and maintenance

• Marketing & SaaS Services – Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM automation, and content systems

• Specialized Marketing for Canine Rehabilitation Clinics through the Canine Rehab Event Growth System™

By submitting payment, signing an order form, or using Webdogg’s services, you (“Client”) agree to these terms. Webdogg may update this Agreement at any time. The most current version is always available at webdogg.com/terms.

SECTION A — For Canine Rehabilitation Clinics & Marketing Clients

1. Scope of Services
Webdogg provides done-for-you marketing services to canine rehabilitation clinics and certified rehab professionals (CCRT, CCRP, or PTs) offering underwater treadmill therapy and TPLO post-operative care. Our core offer is the Canine Rehab Event Growth System™, which includes:

• In-clinic event planning and strategy

• Paid advertising campaign creation and targeting

• Funnel and landing page development

• CRM automations and RSVP workflows

• Reminder sequences and post-event follow-up

• Optional quarterly campaigns

We do not guarantee specific outcomes or conversion rates. Our goal is to attract 30–40 qualified RSVPs per event based on best practices.

2. Payments and Billing

• Service Fee: $1,000/month (paid directly to Webdogg)

• Ad Spend: $1,000/month minimum (paid directly to Meta Ads or Google Ads via client payment method)

• No long-term contracts required; 2-month minimum commitment recommended

• All payments are electronic (Stripe, PayPal, ACH)

• No refunds once services or campaigns are activated

3. ROI Disclaimer
ROI and client acquisition examples are provided for educational purposes only. Actual outcomes depend on the clinic’s location, service pricing, follow-up process, and client base.

4. Exclusivity Policy
We partner with only one canine rehab clinic per city or metro area. If service is cancelled, the territory may reopen to another clinic.

5. Client Data and Confidentiality
Webdogg will never sell your client information. Any client data collected (e.g., RSVPs) is used solely for executing campaigns. Webdogg may request consent to anonymize results for use in future case studies.

6. SaaS Platform Access
Clients using our CRM tools through Smartzilla® (white-labeled GoHighLevel) agree to the following:

• Monthly usage fees apply (no long-term contract)

• SMS: $0.0083 per 160 characters

• Email: $0.000709 per send

• Business number rental: $1.15/month

• No transfers of Webdogg automations, templates, or design assets outside the platform

• No refunds for platform use once activated

SECTION B — For Legacy Website / Hosting Clients

Original terms from your signed agreement between 2023–2024 remain active. These include:

• Website design, hosting, and content management

• Domain registration and DNS services

• WordPress and plugin maintenance

• Monthly hosting tiers ($25–$397) and one-time fees

• No transfers of site design or backend structure off Webdogg servers

Late payments after 3 occurrences incur a $25 fee. Design fees are non-refundable. Domain transfers incur a $25 admin fee. These legacy terms remain valid until you transition to a marketing or SaaS plan under Section A.

SECTION C — General Terms (All Clients)

7. Limitation of Liability
Webdogg, its staff, and affiliates are not liable for damages, data loss, or loss of revenue. The client is solely responsible for the content, legal compliance, and ethical standards of their marketing or website materials. We do not verify or take responsibility for veterinary claims or professional advertising standards (e.g., HIPAA, FTC, AVMA, or state board rules).

8. Termination
Webdogg may suspend or cancel service without refund for the following reasons:

• Repeated non-payment or chargebacks

• Use of our platform to promote unethical businesses (e.g., puppy mills)

• Abusive behavior toward team members

• Breach of this agreement

9. Communications Consent
By submitting your name, email, or phone number on any of our forms, you agree to receive emails or SMS communications related to services or educational content. You may opt out at any time.

10. Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution
All disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration in San Diego County, California, under the laws of the State of California.

11. Acknowledgment
By engaging with Webdogg, paying an invoice, or using any services, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
