Terms & Conditions / Services Agreement

Entity: Webdogg LLC (“Webdogg”, “we”, “our”, or “us”)
Jurisdiction: State of California, USA

This Agreement governs all services provided by Webdogg, including but not limited to:

• Legacy Website & Hosting Services – website design, hosting, and maintenance
• Marketing & SaaS Services – Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM automation, and content systems
• Specialized Marketing Partnerships for Canine Rehabilitation Clinics

By submitting payment, signing an order form, or using Webdogg’s services, you (“Client”) agree to these terms. Webdogg may update this Agreement at any time. The most current version is always available at webdogg.com/terms.

SECTION A — For Canine Rehabilitation Clinics & Marketing Clients

1. Scope of Services

Webdogg provides done-for-you marketing systems for canine rehabilitation clinics and certified rehab specialists (CCRT, CCRP, or PTs) offering underwater treadmill therapy and TPLO post-operative rehabilitation. Services may include:

• Local digital advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
• Funnel & landing page setup
• CRM automations & nurture workflows
• ROI tracking and analytics
• Exclusive regional partnerships (“Founding Partner” model)

2. Payments and Billing

• Monthly retainer (e.g., $1,500/month)
• Client funds ad spend directly
• All payments are electronic (Stripe, PayPal, ACH)
• Month-to-month service unless otherwise stated

Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable once campaigns or systems are activated.

3. ROI Disclaimer

Example ROI figures are provided for illustration only. Actual results vary by market, clinic size, and competition.

4. Exclusivity Policy

Partnerships are limited to one clinic per metro area to maintain exclusivity. If a clinic cancels service, that region may reopen.

5. Data & Confidentiality

Client data is used solely for service delivery. Webdogg may showcase anonymized results or case studies with prior consent.

6. SaaS Platform Access

For clients using Webdogg’s CRM platform (white-labeled HighLevel):

• Monthly payments, no contracts, no refunds
• Transferring assets or automations outside the platform is prohibited
• Usage billed per segment:
  • SMS: $0.0083 per 160 characters
  • Email: $0.000709 per email
  • Business number: $1.15/month

SECTION B — For Legacy Website / Hosting Clients

All terms from your original 2023–2024 TOS remain in effect for existing web and hosting clients, including:

• Website hosting and maintenance
• Domain registration and renewal
• Graphic and logo design
• WordPress maintenance

Legacy Provisions:

• $25–$397 monthly hosting tiers
• $199 one-time design fee (non-refundable)
• Client retains content ownership only (not design or plugins)
• Domain transfer fee: $25
• No website transfers off Webdogg servers
• Late payment fee: $25 after 3 occurrences

These provisions continue until the client transitions to a marketing or SaaS plan under Section A.

SECTION C — General Terms (All Clients)

7. Limitation of Liability

Webdogg, its owners, and employees shall not be liable for any damages, data loss, or consequential claims arising from the use or inability to use its services. Clients are responsible for complying with privacy and advertising regulations (HIPAA, FTC, GDPR, or equivalent).

Webdogg’s Role: Webdogg’s role is strictly limited to providing marketing, technology, and web services designed to support your clinic’s visibility and client acquisition. We do not verify, investigate, or arbitrate private business, financial, or legal matters between you and your clients, vendors, or any third party.

Webdogg does not provide medical, veterinary, or legal advice. Any marketing, ROI examples, or automation systems are for informational and operational use only. You are solely responsible for the content, claims, and compliance of your marketing materials, website, and client communications (including any HIPAA, FTC, or state veterinary advertising regulations).

Webdogg will only take action on client accounts — including suspension or content removal — when legally compelled by a valid court order or subpoena, or in cases of clear, documented violation of our Terms (e.g., unethical practices, illegal content, or security threats).

8. Termination

Webdogg reserves the right to suspend or cancel services at any time for:

• Non-payment or chargebacks
• Unethical or inhumane business practices (e.g., puppy mills)
• Abusive conduct toward staff
• Violation of these Terms

No refunds will be issued upon termination.

9. Communications Consent

By submitting your name, email, or phone number, you consent to receive service-related communications via email or SMS. Reply “STOP” to opt out.

10. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in San Diego County, California through binding arbitration.

11. Acknowledgment

By paying an invoice, using Webdogg’s services, or engaging with Webdogg, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
